Return and refund policy
🔄 Returns
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
With original tags, manuals, and packaging intact
Accompanied by the original invoice/proof of purchase
Certain items such as personal care products, consumables, clearance items, or products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or wrong product.
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for eligible products in cases of size, model, or color mismatch.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
📦 Return Shipping
If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a free reverse pickup via our logistics partner .
For other return reasons (such as change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
❌ Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
📍 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
